Trails
Trails is my favourite practical application so far. Trails is a GPS tracker that creates a lot every few seconds with GPS co-ordinates. This can then be e-mailed to yourself in the GPX format.This is a great little app for me, as I like to geotag my images. I have a dedicated GPS tracker that I use for the purpose. But Trails means that I will be able to create a log at those times I don't have the tracker.
